The OfficeScape, Inc. Team

Polly Brown, Principal

Polly has been with OfficeScape since day one and became co-owner of the company in 2010. Prior to joining OfficeScape, Polly had sixteen years of commercial furniture experience as a factory representative and dealer sales associate. She has honed her skills and industry knowledge by working with a wide range of clients, designers, architects and furniture specialists. Polly is well known in the Portland Furniture Market for her organizational skills and upbeat, can-do attitude. Today as Co-Owner, Polly is responsible for the day to day business operations of OfficeScape including purchasing, accounting and working with factories to ensure accurate and timely product delivery for you, the client. Polly’s industry experience, coupled with her Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles from the University of Delaware, enables her to work with clients and factories alike to yield a successful installation each and every time.

 

Bud Brown, Principal

Prior to joining OfficeScape in 2006, Bud spent 20 years as a manufacturer’s representative in the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain regions. His time working directly with the factories has honed his professional skills for servicing the client. Now as Co-owner, Bud’s consistent repeat business is the result of a “hands on” approach to the customers’ needs. No matter what the size of the project, Bud invests the time to listen and develop individual solutions for image, function and budget. His commitment to exceptional customer response and follow-through after the sale gives the client a furniture consultant and problem solver that is on their team! Bud’s degree is in Marketing from St. Josephs University, Philadelphia PA.

Diane Coats, Professional Design

Diane has been NCIDQ certified since 1984 and has worked on some of the largest design projects in the Metro area including OHSU, Bonneville Power, Oregon State University, Portland Airport Expansion, Adventist Medical Center Pavilion and Terwilliger Plaza Center. Diane is the ultimate design professional, always listening to client needs and moving forward with your best interest in mind for space planning, specifications, construction documents, and color selections. Diane has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from California Polytechnic State University and has been a longtime ASID member. OfficeScape is fortunate to have Diane on our team and her talents will shine on your next project.

 

Tony Baldoni, Project Management and Install

Tony has over 15 years experience with furniture project management and install, and has been both an employee and independent contractor for OfficeScape. Tony is on a first name basis with many of our clients and facility managers and takes on every project with ownership. Tony is experienced with all systems furniture and has no limitations regarding size of project he can manage. Tony was the lead person on a 1600 person project in Hillsboro, one of the largest ever in the Metro area. Like hundreds of other satisfied clients, you will enjoy working with this proven professional.

 

Brian Hunsaker, Project Management and Install

Brian is a young rising star in the Commercial Furniture industry and works with OfficeScape on a contract basis. Our clients love working with Brian and no one has a better command of the install crews. His military, no nonsense skill set gets the project done on time and on budget. Brian is knowledgeable in all systems furniture and is a true joy to work with. With Brian as your lead person, you will be in the best of hands.

 

Company History

OfficeScape was founded by the late Shaun Murphy in 2000 under the name of Working Spaces Pacific. Polly Brown, current co-owner, and Duane Denson were the first employees of the company that quickly grew and increased market share in the Portland - Vancouver area.

In 2003, the Denson Family secured ownership from Shaun Murphy and changed the name from Working Spaces Pacific to OfficeScape Inc. Under the Denson leadership, the business continued to grow and prosper. Bud Brown, current co-owner, joined the group in 2006 after many years as a factory representative and quickly developed a loyal following of clients. In June of 2010, the Denson Family decided to try a new business venture in Reno, Nevada, and sold the company to Bud and Polly Brown.
